Engine failure due to bolt

The results of an investigation into an accident involving a Pilatus PC-12 aircraft owned and operated by the Royal Flying Doctors Service has found that a number of failed bolts inside a gearbox caused the engine of an aircraft to stall, according to the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB).

129th welcomes new first sergeant

Master Sgt Anja O’Neil, avionics technician with the 129th Rescue Wing has been selected to serve as the first sergeant for the 129th Maintenance Squadron, after graduating from First Sergeant Academy at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, Alabama, US in November 2009.
